About Amanda

Amanda is a practicing and teaching yogi with over 20 years of combined experience, a NCTMB Certified licensed massage therapist, NCTMB Approved Course Provider, and Usui-Grey Reiki Master with a spiritual background and focus on healing. Amanda currently holds a BA in Communication and Psychology and has a deep passion for helping others. She combines her decades of knowledge and experience of the energy systems, physical body, mental body, and emotional body to help her clients integrate and restore balance in their daily lives.
